  • What payment options do you provide?
    You may pay via credit card, ACH, or PayPal. Head here to make your payment and book your service.
  • Tell me about your process and what happens after I book a service?
    Step 1: Preplanning: This involves gathering any permits if needed, a weather check, and preliminary property scanning, which takes an average of one hour. Step 2: Onsite Inspection: This involves arrival on site, and the actual flight time, which can be anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour or more depending on the location, property size, and flight complexity. Step 3: Post Production: This involves in-depth image analysis and then writing your report, which can take an hour or more.
  • What about privacy?
    As part of the booking process, you'll complete our quick form, which will provide all the details about how we protect your privacy. All images are stored on a private server only accessible to Smooth Skies Services. Get access anytime to all your reports by subscribing to our convenient cloud storage for only $1.99 per month or $19.99 annually.
